what is an F3 and M3 on the grading system, and after 7 years will this still show on ones' criminal record?

An F3 is a felony in the third degree, which is the lowest degree felony. A M3 is a misdeamanor in the third degree, which is again the lowest degree in that class of charges.
Yes, they will continue to show on your criminal record after seven years. They will show on your record forever. However, at age 70, you would qualify for an expungement so long as you haven't had any arrests in the ten years prior to you turning seventy years of age.
