Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Fair Trial
Under PA Law - if you are held on a warrant for parole violation - you are supposed to appear before a judge within 10 -14 days. If that is denied an individual - what is the next step to follow. What do you do when it's the state who is breaking the law?

Re: Fair Trial
Each county handles parole violation hearings differently. There is no hard and fast rule about ahving your Gagnon or VOP hearing within 2 weeks. If you would like to discuss your specific situation and which county you are in, please call.
