Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
false police reports
i wanna drop charges on my boyfriend..he was aressted ..anyhow he is facing a probation violation for it. i was the one who brought on the charges..in order to save him jail time. i was gonna plead to false police reort...will i face jail time for a first offense with this?

Probably not but it depends on the County, the Police, the assistant D.A., and some other things. You probably should talk to a local attorney yourself about doing this.
