False Rape Allegation
A 13 year old girl asked a 13 year old boy in school for a hug. He gave her a hug. They both hugged each other. Ten days later she got in a fight and when she was going to get disciplined. She said Oh Jaimie raped me. The owner of the school called the police and had the young boy locked up. When the detective ask ed him what happened. He told the truth. When they asked her what happened, she lied. The detective stated she lied 3 times to him and she had actuallly committed a crime. The girl was transferred the same He released the boy. Meanwhile, the boy got a record, the school suspended him for 3 days for hugging and transferred him before he came back to school without even offering counseling. They told the children in school it was just a rumor and if they talked about it, they would be suspended. They did not want their school name disgraced and thought it was best that he not be there. What action can the boy's family take if any?

Your question is not really related to criminal law. Your question is more about what can be done against the school. THe first new question is: is the school public or private. I think if the school is private, you have no remedy. However, if the school is public, you may be able to file a complaint witht he school board, or sue the school for his re-admission.
