Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
False Statements made in a private criminal complaint
A private criminal complaint was filed against me by an ex who was stalking me. The hearing is not yet for sometime. I have hard proof that the statements made were false, (taped phone messages, emails, letters, and txt messages, that show that he was stalking me not the other way around as he alleges. How can I get the district attorney to perform an investigation and prosecute him for lying? What can a private citizen do, I can't find any procedural protocol in any state statutes.

If the stalking is continuing, then call the police. If not, then file a private criminal complaint of your own, which will be joined with his.
