Father falsely accused of sexual abuse of his son. I need some tips on how to proceed. I have an attorney but seems they are just waiting

You need to vigorously defend this charge, as it is very serious and would put you on Megan's List, as well as in jail.
How to proceed depends on the details of the case, the accusation, the age of the child, etc.
