Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

fed. charge

this case involves a minor who testifyed at a prelim now says she lied there was no discovery the parent who has full custody never believed it happened and hired her own criminal lawyer can the defendent sue for his life being ruined because his lawyer told him to plea no contest which is as bad as a guilty plea.

Depends on the situation. If at the time with the facts as they were the no contest plea may have been a good deal. May have been a bad deal.
