In federal courts, is an indictment alleging interstate travel fatally defective if it lacks a factual statement of interstate points of travels?
Such as "John Deer Doe traveled from Texas to California . . . "

If you're under Federal Indictment you need a lawyer not a website. It's been my experience that the US Attorney and his assistants don't screw up much.
