Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Felony Charge
I was charged with Felony Theft Charges (under $3,500). I have no priors and was wondering if I plead no contest what can I expect come sentencing? i.e. Prison or Probation?

Re: Felony Charge
The other answers are right. You need to talk to an attorney or your public defender.

You need to speak to an attorney. you may be able to negotiate a dissmuissal with satisfaction, ARD or some other disposition besides a felony theft. If you plead you will be basically unemployable. i offer free initial consultations.

Has anyone discussed all your options?? I know that if I had a client with no priors I would be looking at other alternatives. What county are the charges?
