felony charges
there was a warrant for my dgtr. for non compliance, the bail was revoked, they said they are charging her with class 1 felony, at the time they caught her in her posession herion and needles and they are going to charge her with that, also for the first charge in which they sent the warrant out she was charged with trespass and paraphanalia. since her bail was revoked is there a rough idea of what may happen to her, if she will serve time any idea how long. i dont think they will release her on r.o.r. thank you for your assistance

F1 felonies are the most serious crimes except for murder. If she is found guilty she is looking at most likely a significant Prison term. The maximum is 20 years. She needs legal counsel as soon as possible to explore her defenses and possible plea bargains. With an F1 if the DA has any decent evidence the detainer will most likely not be lifted.
