Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
felony conviction
My son was convicted at age 19 of two felonies. He broke into a friends house , stole property and sold it. Is there any chance of exspongment down the road. This stays on your record till age 70.

Re: felony conviction
He might be able to get a pardon. I would wait to apply for a pardon until 10 years after the last date that all supervision and fines and costs are totally completed.
