Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Is this a Felony?
If one pleads guilty to possession of firearm without a license and/or prohibitive bullets but the judge imposes NO FURTHER PENALTY was he convicted of a Felony?
Penalties were imposed for DUI in the amount of 1-2 years.

You must look at the exact statutory section of which the person was convicted. Some gun offenses are misdemeanors and most are felonies. For this type of question, the sentencing is not relevant to the conviction. Feel free to email.
