Under PA, an expungement cannot be done for felony charges unless you were found not guilty or the charge was dismissed. The only way to remove a felony from a criminal record is through a govern's pardon. This process is often very lenghty and it is often times difficult to get the pardon in these circumstances.
Nonetheless, if you want this off of your record, this is your only option.
