Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Felony Record
I have heard at different times by more than one person that if you go in front of a judge you can have you record expunged meaning cleared. Is this true?

Re: Felony Record
Maybe. It depends upon a few things. Some Judges and Attorneys take the position that no guilty plea may be expunged but if you read the statute carefully, I think there is an argument that if the offense is not specifically listed as one that may not be expunged then a Judge has authority to enter an Order expunging it.
