Felony Reduction or Expungement
Convicted Jul 05 of felony possession with intent in Montgomery Co, PA (methamphetamine). Received 2 yrs probation (no jail time) and completed it w/o incident. Is it possible to get this reduced or expunged?

You cannot get a felony conviction expunged unless you received section 17 probation.
It's possible to get the conviction pardoned. Application has to be made to the Governor. It's a difficult expensive and long process to get a charge expunged.
