getting felony removed
i was arrested in 1997 for attempted auto theft. i was not convicted until 2004. is this really a felony and can i get this removed?

Theft and attempted theft of a vehicle is a felony in PA. A conviction cannot be expunged. You can apply for a pardon with the governor of PA. Please see more info at the Board o fpardon's website.
