Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Can i get a felony theft charge from 4 yrs ago expunged if it was because my public defender did not help me in any way? I plead guilty even though I wasn't because he made it seem like my only choice. It was my first and only time to ever be in trouble w/the law. I don't feel the case was done correctly. I am paying the resitution yet and do not even want the money pd back. I will pay everything completely, I just want this off my record for my childrens sake.
