Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
my fiancee was found not guilty of simple assault on wednesday sept 29th 2010 but he was locked up and they put a detanier on him how long will it take for them to lift his detanier after he been found not guilty which mean he did not violate his probataion?

You're missing something: his being arrested *does* violate his probation, even if found not guilty. If you don't believe me, take a look at his probation terms. He's going to have to take it up with his "back judge," the judge who originally sentenced him. The detainer is to keep him in custody until that can happen -- no release and no bail until it does.
If you want to know when his Gagnon/probation violation hearing will be, contact the back judge's chambers and ask. Best of luck to you and your fiance.
