Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

my fiancee` and I have been living together for 2 years, we were recently arrested together. I will more than likely be facing a year of probation..his out come is still up in the air, but the charges are all misdemeanors. He is a convicted felon who severed his full sentence and has been released approximately 5 years ago. My question is, if we both end up with some sort of probation, are we still allowed to live together, and could i still marry him? If not, could i get around that by marrying while still incarcerated? if that is allowed?

I'm not aware of any restrictions -- probation or otherwise -- on you marrying your fiance. In fact, I think there's some kind of constitutional right to that, last I checked. I did have to chuckle, though, at you two getting arrested together . . . how romantic! ;-)

Just busting your chops -- best of luck to you both.
