Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
can i fight this assault charge
I got in a verbal argument with a guy who was about 6 foot 1 260 pounds while i am 5 foot 6 180 pounds and then the guy came running at me and i punched him in the face and we wrestled around it got broken up. Now he chose not to press charges but the campus police at my university are pressing assault charges. Can i fight this for self defense because he was obviously running at me tyring to hit me i just had to do something.
