if two kids get into a fight but they had parents/guardians sign a liability release form can the one side still sue the other? also can the kids still get in trouble? what is the law on that if both sides have parents sign a liability release form?

It seems to me that the parents/guardians should be a bit more worried about criminal than civil liability.
What if one of the minors gets killed or injured? That "release" could get the parents in more trouble than Michael Vick was in.
