Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Is there any way I could file for a domestic violence case that happened way back April 2004? I got all the evidences intact still.

No, the court's first question is where have you been? Unless the violence was recent they won't issue a PFA. After if it wasn't a big deal to you back in 2004 why is it a big deal now?
