Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Never filed charges, years ago! What can I do!
Lent something valued at less than $200 to somebody.
About 7 or 8 years ago. Found out recently that person who
borrowed it had a friend that took it. This 'friend' has
always lived out of state, but has frequented PA for years.
I found out b/c friend wants to make amends and pay for item.
Is there any way to have this person prosecuted? Should I just take the money? Has the SOL ended for this?
Help!
