Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

i filed for an expungement. and now they are saying that in order for them to expunge my record, the commonwealth needs to answer to the petition within 20 days. how am i supposed to notify the commonwealth about the petition and how will i know if they have answered or not?

Call the District Attorney in the County where you filed your petition and make sure they received a copy Ask for the expungmnet division---they are the "Commonwealth" representatives

They usually cooperate with these matters
