Filing Charges
Can I still press charges on an incident that happened April 2007? I was physically charged upon with violent verbal abuse, threatened to be harmed and physical attempt to take me out of my vehicle. I had a 3yr old in the car during all this, my son age 21 and boyfriend witnessed the event. What if can be, charged for this incident??? I am still at present being verbally abused by this person, she is the wife to the maternal father of the 3yr old I have primary and physical custody of.
