Filing a lawsuit in Pennsylvania for criminal mischief. Under section 3304 number 5 -intentional Damage to real or personal property. What do I put for section and subsection

You do not file a lawsuit for criminal mischief. If a crime has been committed, it is up to the police to investigate and charge the person. While there are private criminal complaints, these are filed and the magistrate or court would entertain them.
Your question makes no sense. If you are filing a civil lawsuit arising out of harm to property, I would get a lawyer. Do not try to do this yourself. If the suit is in small claims, you have to indicate what was done. You do not have to reference a statute.
