Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
My finace is in jail right now because he stopped going to see his probation officer in Sept and the warrant unit came to his house and arrested him. He has no open cases since his has been on probation. He has a hearing on I believe Monday. Do you think they will lift the detainer so he can come home?
