Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I finished a case in New Jersey and had a hold in Pennsylvania for a county parole violation but when New Jersey called PA to pick me up PA didn't want me so Jersey released me. Now a week later after starting a new job and getting a place PA wants me to turn myself in on a bench warrant for a violation of parole..Is this legal? Can I stay out of jail somehow? Please help me..Thankyou

I would suggest hiring a lawyer to talk to your parole officer. To see if there is a way to remove the warrant and avoid the detainer out of Pennsylvania.
