Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Fired for theft
Last year I was taken in the back room by the supervisor and a woman, they yelled at me for about an hour, told me to confess saying I did it for someone else and nothing would happen to me, that they just needed to pin it on someone, I completely broke down crying, and vaguely remember writing, what it was I don't remember, is this admissable in court? How much evidence will they need to convict me?

Re: Fired for theft
You need to talk to a lawyer. If they did not press charges for a year, that is to your beenfit. Also, most theft cases can be negotiated to a monetary disposition. I offer free initial consultations.
