Forfeiture and condmnation act 42 6801-6802

Drug raid searched person took 1200 from pocket no drugs pay stub with money charged with paraphynila not on or in room with person police filed forfeiture can get money returned due to no traceable or no drug

I can't answer this. The police will check the money for cocaine residue. Most money has some. If your money has a higher than average amount of residue, I think you will have a hard time getting any of it back.
