Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
forgery
I would like to know if my mother gave me permission to sign a note to leave school early to attend my grandmother's funeral if that is considered forgery since i did so with her permission. She called the high school and confirmed that i was telling then truth and that i was told to use her signature. Is this considered forgery?

With your mothers permission to sign her name you did not commit forgery or any other crime related to it. I offer free consultations.
