What is the SOL for forgery in the state of PA. Do you go to the local/state police to report forgery or the DA's office?

Under 42 Pa.C.S.A. Section 5552, the statute of limitations for forgery is five years. You'll want to go to the police station or go to your local DA to file a private complaint.
