Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Forgery of spouse signature by spouse for credit card purposes
Is there any law forbidding a wife to complete a credit card application and sign that application as the husband (forgery) and use the account to her benefit? Would this be considered forgery?

If she had the intent to injure or defraud anyone, yes it would be forgery. It would be difficult to prove though because of the element of intent.
