Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Forgive those who trespass against us? Hell, no!
My vacant lot is being trespassed upon. Items have been vandalized and stolen. Posted ''no trespassing'' signs are routinely destroyed, and local police claim they cannot help because the lot isn't posted! Today new signs were installed on all sides of the lot and photos were taken of them. Is it necessary to place a Legal Ad in the local paper -- and if so, what should it include? What else can I do?

Consider installing cameras that record what happens then present evidence to the police.
