It would depend on the precise crime and the persons prior criminal record.
While I agree with Mr. Pascal, you can directly find your answers and more in Title 18 ("Crimes") of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes. It doesn't matter if you're in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh or Erie: it is state law that controls. If you don't know how to interpret statutes, however, it will be a wild goose chase for you.
That's why you need to sit down with a criminal defense attorney immediately if you have been charged (or likely will be charged) with a sex crime. Next to murder, these are some of the most serious crimes in Pennsylvania -- and the penalties are extremely severe and far-reaching. Penalties do depend upon many different factors, however, and an attorney can help you evaluate them to get an idea what you're facing.
Best of luck to you. If you'd like to discuss your question in greater detail, feel free to contact me offline.
