Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I found a video tape of my 16 yr. old daughter naked. It was filmed from a key hole in by my ex-boyfriend. What can I do legally?

Making such a tape is a crime. Even possessing such a tape is a crime. I would turn it over to the local police so they can investigate and take appropriate criminal action.

Wow. You should report this immediately to the local police department. That's a terrible occurrence. Just don't take the law into your own hands. Let the police department handle this one.
