Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
fradulent transcript
I found out that someone I know has provided a fraudulent transcript to a prospective employer. He has claimed that he had a BS from this college for over 20 years. What could the penalty be if the college or employer pursued this?

Re: fradulent transcript
I doubt that there would be any criminal penalty or any reason for either the college or "prospective" employer to pursue it.
