i obtained unemployment benefits and was working i have to appear in court will i be placed in jail more than likely

If this occurred in philadelphia county and you have no prior arrests, you will almost certainly not go to jail. Although, anything is possible. I have never had anyone on an unemployment or welfare fraud case go to jail. [email protected]
