Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
My friend was accused of rape. The woman was a willing participant and lied about it. I sent her a letter telling her that I knew she lied and not to contact me ever again until she contacted the police and told them the truth. The detective investigating the case told another friend involved in the case that my letter was a threat. I NEVER threatened physical violence against her. Is the detective just trying to scare me?
