Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I have a friend who was arrested soley on a video that was recorded of him without his knowledge or consent where he was allegedly threatening someone. Is that video allowed in court since pa is a two-person consent state?

Pa is a 2 party state if its a voice recording or a video with sound. If there was a sign saying there was video surveillance then the tape comes in.
