Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
A friend asked me to open a safe deposit box in my name. This was to hide documents and money (that he did not pay taxes on) from his spouse. They are now going through a nasty divorce. He now wants the contents of the box but the problem is I spent the money. Does he have legal rights to that money?
