Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I have a friend who is breaking minor rules at his halfway house. He is getting rides instead of public transportation, he drives for work even though he is not supposed to, and he gets a pass every Sunday to go to church, and he doesn't. He just gets a pamphlet and turns it in. Can he go back to jail of caught, and can I get in trouble if I give him rides?

Yes he can. He doesn't get to pick and choose which rules he follows. He better start learning to take public transit.
In addition lying about going to church is not going to sit well with a higher authority. Where does he go?
And yes if you help break the rules you can get in trouble as well.
