Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
A friend of mine had an argument with his live in gf. She got a pfa on him and he is not allowed at the house. He works down from where they live and she is to be moved out in two days. The court order states that she is to only take her and her kids belongings. He was outside his building today and saw her drive by with some of his belongings in the back of the vehicle. He called the police and they said they cannot do anything that it is civil. Wouldn't this be theft?

He should be allowed to go back to the house with a police escort to retrieve his things. If anything is missing, he can then file a police report.
