Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

friend on parole

My friend is on parole and he's in jail for two cases. He finished both cases with time served, so today he was to go before the judge that give him the five years of parole but, that judge is on vacation. Will he have to stay in jail for the next two months?(the judge will not be back until apirl 4, 2008)

He will most likely have to wait for the sentencing Judge to re-parole him.
