Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

i was out with my friends last night and they got in a fight in the middle of the street and cops came to break it up. they ask us what was going on and if everything was alright. then they asked us to put our hands on the car and they patted us down. then i ask what is going on here. they said we told you not to talk and they took my id and wrote my info down. but did not say anything about tickets or anything. They let us leave but they wrote all my info down is there anyway i could get disorderly conduct or anything tickets

There is a possibility that you will receive a citation or a criminal complaint in the mail.
