my sister is being held in ycp they said she missed her court date 3 years ago in mississippi she was neve contacted by phone or letter telling her when her court date was when she was let out on bail she was aloud to move home to pa she called her lawyer and it kept getting pushed back and she lost contact with him and he never called her even when she was not there for her court date do you have any advise

You really haven't given enough information. It sounds, though, like she was picked up on a fugitive warrant and will be extradited back to Mississippi for trial.
