Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Fugitive?
I am a sponsor for an inmate. He is out on his first weekend ferlow and has messed up already. He was doing drugs and drinking. The jail called him in for a P test. He failed to go in and is now ''on the run''. He says that he is not going in. He is at my house right now and I do not want him here. What kind of trouble can I face for letting him stay here?

Re: Fugitive?
As a "sponsor" you have the responsibility to report this type of behavior if you cannot reason with him.
