When you are on probation and get in trouble and are put into county, when you get your GAG 2 hearing who determines what your sentence will be the Probation officer or someone else?

While the probation officer will have a recommendation the judge will decide. I offer free consultations.

A judge after the probationary officer and the DA make their recommendations and then your own defense counsel.
