Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Is this ok?
I gave police names of witness who could verify I wasnt at the scene of a crime. They failed to speak with any of them. Then later they decide to press charges. Is this normal practice? Shouldnt they at least investigate all the information available?

They should but sometimes they do not. Hire an attorney and keep quite until you have one.
