Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I gave an 18 year old girl a tattoo in my parents house. She signed a consent form saying that she wanted the tattoo. Her parents who she lives with got mad and are threatening to sue me. I don't have a license but in the state of pa you don't need one unless you own a tattoo shop. Can they actually have anything done about it.

If the daughter was legally an adult when she got the tattoo, then I don't see how her parents could sue you successfully. Parents ordinarily cannot sue on behalf of their grown children. The parents have suffered no harm that I can see, and the 18-year-old consented to your actions.
I agree with Mr. Hoffman. If she's 18, you're in the clear.
